Pointel Configuration Management Solution is a thin-client application that gives you complete control over your Genesys environment. CMS immediately highlights any changes made to your Genesys configuration environment. It also includes a Genesys audit, import/export and snapshot/restore capabilities, as well as alerting capabilities. Pointel CMS automatically captures all changes in your contact center and presents the information graphically to help you quickly and easily understand any changes to your Genesys Configuration Management Environment. It is important to understand what changes have been made in your Genesys environment, and by whom. CMS audit reports include detailed information such as the name of the user that made the change, the date/time of the change, and both the current value and the previous value. It can also restore individual parameter/KVP levels changes or the entire application back at a given time.
