Description

Libra is an all-encompassing solution aimed at optimizing asphalt plant operations by integrating production, loadout, and ticketing into a cohesive and automated workflow. It features adaptable plant controls that support both batch and drum mix automation, allowing for tailored adjustments to meet unique operational needs. The system comprises highly configurable modules that enhance plant throughput, which facilitates faster truck loading and dispatch. Additional features such as self-service kiosks, remote printers, camera identification technology, and silo loadout systems further promote automation, allowing drivers to remain in their vehicles while ensuring a smooth flow of trucks through the plant. Adopting Libra can result in notable enhancements, including a 35% reduction in time spent within the plant, an increase of over 25% in loadout efficiency, and a 30% decrease in the time required for drum plant calibration. Furthermore, it allows for the digitalization of all tickets for any incoming loads at the plant, as well as on job sites and within the office, streamlining the overall process even further. This leads to improved operational management, ensuring that processes are not only efficient but also environmentally friendly.

Description

The Verdant Plant Mechanic enables users to create 3D plants procedurally, which means that generating a single flower can result in an entire bouquet being produced! Utilizing basic primitives, this tool allows for the creation of virtually any desired plant. The plants generated through this mechanic can be exported in various formats, including 3DS, LWO, OBJ, and DXF. In addition, we are enhancing Verdant for Photoshop and preparing for the new Verdant for SoftImage to support even more export options. Digital Element has plans to release additional Verdant plug-ins in 2004, expanding its capabilities further. As an innovative Photoshop plug-in, Verdant empowers users to randomize, rotate, scale, and arrange plants and trees seamlessly within their projects. Developers from Digital Element, known for their work on Aurora and WorldBuilder, are excited to share this groundbreaking plug-in with you. This tool promises to transform the way digital vegetation is created and utilized in design.
