Summary: AMFG is very good for me and makes my work good. This software is convenient and time-saving. Recommend it.

Positive: I am happy with the software from AMFG to connect my machines. It helps me see what is happening and have control over my processes. This software is control all my machines.

Negative: Need much support to understand things. Expensive software also.

Summary: We implemented AMFG a few years ago and since day one I have been impressed with the system. It’s easy to see why AMFG is the market leader in quality assurance for additive manufacturing once you have the system.

Positive: You can manage post-processing and QA workflows, which I find useful for our project managers. Direct machine connectivity ensures that all parts meet the required regulatory standards and you can simplify your certification process with the system's complete traceability for thorough quality documentation.

Negative: Reporting needs to be improved for our needs. The customizable options also do not fully align with what we need as of yet.

Summary: The software needs much time to learn, it very complex in many sections, but AMFG does show a big change in the business and the team.

Positive: AMFG’s metal 3D printing option has made a big difference in my work. I used to spend so much time trying to understand the difficult limits and needs for after the process, but now I can rely on their tools to do jobs over again.

Negative: Set up of integrations too difficult, must get support for simple integrations. Bugs in the software not good.

Summary: AMFG’s team go above and beyond. They provide effective communication, training and ongoing support.

Positive: Having a system implemented on our premises was an important requirement when looking for AM software and AMFG went over and above with assisting us with that. The team communicated effectively with us during the whole process, keeping us in the loop of what was needed and what was going to be done and they were open to answering any queries we had during that time. After our implementation was completed, they provided us with the training we needed and continue to provide us with great customer support.

Negative: My pro also has its cons. Implementing a system on your premises takes a lot of time. Patience and understanding are needed during this process.

Summary: AMFG’s digital solution and exception features for viability and traceability have helped us to manage quality assurance, amongst other things. There is an overall sense of trust within the system's capabilities that we can uphold our standards without the pressure of making more mistakes than we should be making.

Positive: I feel there are many pros to AMFG, but I will just mention a few of my favourites. The system has enabled us to manage post-processing and quality assurance workflows with consistent part quality due to the live machine data. The digital solution for quality documentation simplifies our certification process. The system has exceptional features that allow for complete visibility and traceability throughout the processes, from start to finish.

Negative: 1) Some modules get bugs in the system. 2) Could benefit from a more polished user experience.

Summary: AMFG is helping us do better within our business and we always know what's going on in the production. With that and the safety assurance, we’re happy with the software.

Positive: I am no longer worrying about the security of my confidential information. The security AMFG has enough for us to feel our data is protected well.

Negative: There are a lot of software updates the system has. We understand this is for bugs and security but they could time some of them better to not affect our production.

Summary: I’m chuffed with the features AMFG provide us. It almost meets all our business needs and even more.

Positive: I can not tell you how many different MES software I have tried, but AMFG has been the best so far. The real-time planning and MRP options are user-friendly and so beneficial to my business. I can easily track and keep inventory levels where they need to be and see where I should be making better decisions.

Negative: The reporting features could be better for me personally.

Summary: AMFG is a great solution for those who need reassurance that their data is safe. We are satisfied with it.

Positive: The fact that it has an array of logistics integrations. We have been able to manage our shipments without any hiccups. The system is highly secure, ensuring ITAR compliance and ITIL security standards.

Negative: We have experienced bugs within the logistics module, but they never become bigger problems than they need to be.

Summary: AMFG continues to impress me with new features that help my business. Just when we thought we would only need to use certain features on the system, we are surprised with more available features that I find greatly beneficial. I highly recommend AMFG.

Positive: I am impressed with how highly versatile the system is. You can choose between on-premise or cloud setup which I found to be useful, and the team at AMFG are there to assist you throughout the whole process. This is especially useful as we felt overwhelmed at first. We only just recently implemented the system, but I can also say that the ordering portal and order management features are great for streamlining the process.

Negative: Although the promised functionality was not immediately available during our setup, the support team provided us with invaluable assistance.

Summary: Your customer service can be improved just by using the AMFG solution. Something as simple as diverse payment options can truly make a big difference to customers. I could not ask for a better support team from them either.

Positive: I enjoy the versatility of AMFG’s payment gateways as it has been a huge advantage for my business. There are many options available that allow you to cater to your customer’s preferred payment methods. Small options like this make a noticeable and positive impact on your customer service and delivery.

Negative: Initially, the promised functionality wasn’t quite ready yet when we did our setup a few years back. The initial setup also took us longer than expected, however, I will praise the team for giving us the hands-on support we needed during the process.

Summary: AMFG has made it easier for our customers to reorder items and because we get quotes out quicker now, we find more and more customers coming back.

Positive: One thing I need in my business is things that save us time. AMFG’s instant quotation and ordering feature does just that. I enjoy not having to spend hours manually doing quotes anymore because, from AMFG’s online portal, quotes can be generated in minutes.

Negative: I thought AMFG was only for AM processes, only to find out it's for all manufacturing industries. This could be something they could make more clear.

Summary: I do not have a lot of time to spend on manual processes as my business is still small, so AMFG has helped eliminate that.

Positive: I’m impressed by AMFG’s automation capabilities. As a small business owner, I’m always looking for ways to streamline my process and save time, and with AMFG it's possible. I love that I can create custom workflows that make sense for my business.

Negative: Personally, because AMFG has many layers and modules to it the software was overwhelming for me at first and left me feeling confused. But the AMFG offered hands-on support which helped me through the process.

Summary: The system has been a good fit for our business. Overall it meets our needs at this time and we have already seen how it will benefit us in the future as we open up even more production sites.

Positive: One of the best things about AMFG is that it enables distributed production across different production centers by centralizing all of our data in one place. This is something my company needed in particular, especially because we work across the globe.

Negative: Our experience so far has been great. I have nothing negative to add.

Summary: Since using AMFG I have seen that our manufacturing operations are more cost-effective. Very impressed with the system.

Positive: I have been using AMFG for a while now and have found it incredibly useful in managing high-stakes parts and keeping them in line with our strict quality regulations. We produce components for defence - you can imagine just how important it is that we never fail to meet standards. I also personally like that you can keep track of all your projects, and where they are in the process, and can make sure you are on track to meet our deadlines.

Negative: I found getting started on the system difficult, their tutorials could have been less complex for me personally.

Summary: AMFG does offer a wide range of features useful to my company. Would highly recommend it to manufactures.

Positive: Disorganization is a particular pet peeve of mine, especially in the workplace. Luckily with AMFG, managing critical parts and ensuring they meet certain regulations, all while staying organized, is possible. It allows you to automatically reschedule failed parts, providing peace of mind that all is up to standard and operations remain on track.

Negative: I find that AMFG is not as compatible with our other systems as we thought. AMFG is aware of this and will work on strengthening their integration options since we mentioned this to them.
