Summary: Not worth it overall - this feels like a company that is just playing off the interest of the moment to pocket cash with no intention of making the tool better.

Positive: Generally decent artwork and the overall User Interface is intuitive. but other than that there are not many pros.

Negative: No support - there is no option to reach out to an email or chat support team.
Scammy billing - cancellation is not confirmed as having gone through. They have hoops you need to jump through
basic experience.

Summary: Say Away! They say you must pay until the day you die to have rights to use the artwork generated. SCAM!

Positive: Generates art and has reasonable features. Their billing and cancelling process has terrible reviews.

Negative: When you go to cancel, they state that you loose all right to any artwork created while you had an account. Totally wrong. They should not try to keep you from you using artwork you legally created on the platform. They don't tell you this up front, just try and scare you into not cancelling.

Basically they are saying you will pay them until you die to use the artwork.

Stay Away From This Company

Summary: I'm currently in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company. This experience is simply not worth the effort. My advice: AVOID using altogether!

Positive: None, not good all,

Negative: Caution: Cancelling the trial can be quite challenging! I had to attempt cancellation multiple times before receiving confirmation. Oddly, I was still charged $41!

Summary: I will report to the Better Business Bureau as this company is a scam, stay away at all costs.

Positive: No pros its a scam. There is nothing good with this website. The images it created were crisp and it ripped me off $49.

Negative: I canceled my subscription before the 7 day trial and still got charged the $49. Looking on here it seems they've done it to others as well. No customer service number.

Summary: Poor excuse for a SaaS company and gives AI and start-ups a bad name. Advise to "Erica". You offer a FREE TRIAL on your home page. Why do you think you are getting poor reviews? Its because your BETA app is not ready, and you and your team simply do not care about the UX. Do us a favor and turn out the lights.

Positive: Artiphoria has a cute name.
This is the end of the list of Pros for Artiphoria, this field requires 100 characters. But the name is all I can think of for PROs.

Negative: False Advertising. The FREE Trial was not only resulted in a $7 "Trial" charge. I was charged 2x. They do not provide any response to support questions. I Ultimately had to dispute with AmEx.
- The product is not only not responsive (no mobile formatting) But also does not work and displays error messages. Error: "Artiphoria couldn't generate your images. Sometimes this is from a restricted subject or term in the description, try another prompt. If this error persists please contact support." Of course, support never replied after one week into the "Free" Trial. the prompt was a simple prompt to show a factory machine with a conveyor belt.

Summary: Horrible Horrible Horrible platform! I tried multiple other platforms and this is the worse platform. With this service, I doubt they would even refund my money.

Positive: Nothing, absolutely nothing. it is extremely expensive and it generates no better than other platforms, and certainly not better than Midjourney.

Negative: I cancelled my subscription within the free trial, but yet they charged me full price afterwards.

This review asks how often do we use this product - it will not allow me to state the truth that I DO NOT use this site!!!

Positive: Nothing. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that I would consider a PROS on this site!!! This site is an absolute scam or the develop is an completely inept!

Negative: The fact that they have a trial period that you cannot unsubscribe from!!!! They charged my account 49.00 - Paypal supported that claim! This is impossible and I strongly urge that anyone going through the reviews to make their decision should leave the site immediately. This is a scam. You cannot reach anyone via phone, site, or email!!!

Summary: I've tried canceling my subscription for this service from different devices at different times, but to no avail.

Positive: Easy to find. Intuitive user interface. Fast operation of AI assistant. There is a free period.

Negative: I can't cancel my subscription as the site is not working properly.

Summary: I'm trying to sue them. But I'm not sure that it's even possible.

Negative: They got into my account through a trial and the just keep siphoning money. I can't stop them.

The image results looked like aliens not real people.
STAY AWAY from these people.

Positive: The ad looked cool.
I tried to use it but couldn't get a good result like Midjourney.
Interface looked cool but failed.

Negative: The software was poorly designed and the results were poor.
BUT their customer service was simply awful.
Silly responses and then Too Bad, So Sad!

Summary: As described above, If you feel the need to use an AI generative company go anywhere else.

If you choose to continue and ignore the volumes of negative reviews underscoring the service: it's your loss - you've been warned.

Positive: Absolutely nothing.

Negative: The only way I received a reply by customer service was by threatening to sue them.

I hated the User Inferface, the exorbitant price, the incredible lack of customer service, the lack of any decent images being produced, the very basic setup of everything they've done. It's buggy and bad.

Literally go elsewhere with your money. It's not worth it at all. It's a very sad service you'll receive.

Summary: Terrible experience. Website crashes very often. I'd love to share one image that I tried to create it's pathetic!

Positive: Very bad image quality. They are scamming people. I used it once and forgot to cancel so now I lost 50 dollars.

Negative: I cancelled my membership and I still receive charges of 49 USD, they do not respond and they user your CC without consent.

Summary: I'm not one to leave reviews, but felt called to for this company because I feel so scammed. I'm not surprised to see that everyone else feels the same way; I had almost the exact same experience as everyone here.

I paid the 25 dollars for an Avatar to have it then look NOTHING like me, without the option to edit it.

I canceled my subscription, yet they still charged me the 49 dollars because apparently you have to verify cancelation after canceling??? It makes no sense.

Not only that, but they won't give any refunds though their marketing is so deceiving and having to verify a cancelation is not clear anywhere on the page.

They're definitely a scam.

Positive: There is nothing I liked about this product. It is challenging to use and doesn't create even close to the results one desires.

Negative: The system is challenging to use. I followed the tutorial and typed in what I desired and the images that appeared weren't even close to what I wanted. The Avatars aren't accurate, either.

Summary: This AI is extremely subpar. The results are unusable garbage and the interface is unable to understand basic word like "mountain" or "glasses." There is no support and very little help or instruction.

Additionally, it's impossible to cancel your account through their website. Having found the services that they offered extremely unsatisfying, I tried to cancel my subscription to this site. I had extreme difficulty communicating with them. To cancel, they require that you submit an email so that they can get back to you. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU though. So I emailed their support several times to no avail (the one response I got was to handle it through the website, which was unresponsive). So I left them a one-star review here, which they disputed by denying that I ever subscribed to them, and filed complaints with both the FTC and the BBB. This seemed to get their attention, and I got an email from "Cruzan" saying that my account was cancelled.

Today, one month later, they submitted a 49 charge to my credit card and I got a cutesy "receipt" email.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! It is fraudulent and they will continue to charge your card even after you cancel your service!

Positive: Easy to find. The layout is well done and easy to navigate. I like that you're able to load images to start off with.

Negative: The AI is subpar and difficult to use. The support is non-existent. They will tell you that your account is cancelled but continue to charge you. This site is extremely bad DO NOT USE.
