Positive: BigTime software has been a great experience for me to use and I really admire the capabilities this tool carries along it. The first thing I would like to mention about the product is that it has an easy and user friendly portal interface and I felt utter ease while using and running it's functions and integrating my workflows and data with the tool. BigTime helped a lot in collaborating financial, resources and time management affairs smoothly and hence provided a great success in terms of productivity and efficiency of the projects.

Negative: I didn't expected BigTime as much resourceful and productive as I found it, so I didn't experienced any cons in this software.

Negative: Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to.
And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time.

Summary: I found some methods to check/validate operating expense and hence time to push to invoice. Also, I use it as a timesheet tool in order to capture work hours.

Positive: I like it’s extremely quick reporting, user friendliness and synchronized tool so much. Also, I like its reporting feature which is super vigorous with interface is generally spotless and effortless to use.

Negative: Hard to find submit button, few template settings and need more file formats. Apart from these, I have no complaint about it.

Even We love how BigTime automates a lot of project stats that we were manually tracking using SharePoint and Excel in the past. The Utilization dashboard has been very useful in determining the available capacity of our engineers and when we need to grow the team.

Positive: It is a remarkably flexible access-anywhere operating system. The reporting features are great and would probably exceed most organizations' requirements. As a small organization, we needed a platform to track all of our time, track our projects and staff's profitability, and integrate into our accounting software. Very rarely have we had any issues with our services, and we've always had great support when reaching out with questions. t is easy to create customized reports. I can see the time entries in real-time, review and approve them. BigTime has helped us take control of our projects' financial health.

Negative: It is a good tool but the downside that I feel is, their mobile app is not too good to use because of its tricky interface, and the reporting feature while robust is cumbersome and tedious.
Secondly some issues with BigTime are Scheduling is limited and bulky, Time-off not shown in the schedule, tasks status doesn't automatically update etc.

Positive: It s the best tool available in the market for the Project Management, Time Management, Invoicing and account management. It is the single platform wherein the user can enter the project details and the various sort of reports will be generated for the management decisions.

Negative: The finance module is not integrated with third party accounting softwares due to which the data has be entered manually. It Should accept the import of excel or pdf documents for ledger creation.
