Summary: My experience with the program has been nothing short of a good time! I enjoy using it over the other products I have used before and it works really well!

Positive: Super handy and easy to use! Works well with macs as well as windows computers! Other products have issues with mac but not this one!

Negative: I have had no issues with it! its super good and super handy!

Summary: Overall, we have been pleased with product hoping improvements are forthcoming. A nice improvement over goto assist.

Positive: The remote execution feature is great.
Seems to be a lot more stable than GoTo Assist where devices stay connected.
Just an overall more robust product then past Goto Assist versions.

Negative: Lacks reporting features for a device inventory. The only way to capture or export a list of machine names was to select screen by screen and copy and past into spreadsheet.

Summary: Overall, we find that GoTo Resolve can be a strong alternative solution to other screensharing software, when more robust screensharing such as transferring files between workstations, is required.

Positive: When working with a customer on a project where either party needs to transfer files to the other, GoTo Resolve makes this easy.

Negative: When having a user join a GoTo Resolve meeting, it's occasionally been difficult or complicated for them to be able to join - seems more technically complicated than others.

Summary: Highly recommend for this day and age where everyone is working from home, but doesn't want to keep secure information on their personal laptop.

Positive: I like this program, and especially during times when I am working from home, it is extremely useful. Being able to log onto my computer remotely, even if my computer is asleep, is beyond valuable. The mirror version of my computer doesn't move too slowly, and I'm able to save my network as a quick option.

Negative: My boss had to show me how to use it multiple times before I got the hang of it...perhaps I am not as tech savvy as other people. If I had to remote onto someone else's computer, I would likely struggle. But as I said, they allow you to save your network as a quick option, so as long as I have that, I'm fine.
