Summary: Love it! Would recommend to Office managers and Compliance Officers.

Positive: User-friendly is a huge PLUS as well as all the features. I have not explored them all yet. But so far I love working with it.
My job is a remote position and I love the Stamps and Digital Signatures, as well as creating a Form. I am constantly having to create a form as I am in the Medical Administrative Field and PDF X makes it very easy and less time-consuming, which is a HUGE PLUS when a New Form is needed. And even if you have to Update an old form. Scan it, PDF X will recognize the text and you can RECREATE a brand new form that looks a lot more Professional. My next form will be using the QR feature to take payments. Scan the QR Code on your Statement and pay your bill!! I am almost finished with it. Can't wait until my Patients See this feature!!

Negative: Cannot figure out how to open/use "Multiple Tabs".

Summary: I love this program. It just needs to add some more features, so we don't need another apps to finish our work.

Positive: It's very easy to use. I can easily edit and convert the files. It's really pleasant to use these features as it has a simple and effective layout.

Negative: I wanted to embed fonts, so I can publish my books, but or it doesn't allow me, or the feature doesn't work. I don't remember, but I know that I am dependent on another company for that. I hope you solve it as I would love to so everything with PDF Extra.

Summary: I really like the app when it comes to documents better than Adobe, the app is just a little too expensive for what your not getting like having to pay for storage as well. Other than that I really like it.

Positive: I like the edit feature of Pdf because sometimes when your just filling in it only takes a certain size font and you can't change it to make everything fit but with the edit feature you can just add something like a text box and that way you can control the font and make sure everything fits on the line of a pre-filled document.

Negative: I don't like that you can't move through devices more throughly, even with the mobile drive. The fact that the mobile drive and pdf are two separate purchases is a no for me too because why can't it be just one set price.
