Getting email into Outlook Date: Jan 24 2023
Summary: Cannot express enough how bad their customer service is. Completely rude, they kept talking over me just reciting their script over and over. They clearly have no education nor training. I hate this company.
Positive: Nothing! They are incompetent people and it amazes me they have not been reported to the BBB or attorney general's office
Negative: Unbelievably incompetent support. They have a script and just keep repeating it. They won’t get you Tom tech support without buying their plan! Total blackmail. The issue was with their own website not generating an app password, but yet they would not let me talk to a supervisor, just kept repeating the steps to generate and talked over me when I said the site was not working, and said they could do nothing. Let me repeat, IT WAS AOL.COM THAT HAD THE ISSUE AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP. I am getting rid of that email right away and they can go pack sand.
