    Positive: Great software! For me, it is much more convenient than similar services. It's easy to do mass mailings by numbers, easy to integrate with other programs from this company.

    Negative: My colleagues say that the design is a bit outdated, but since the functionality is not affected, I do not consider it a significant disadvantage.
