Summary: Great experience, smooth interface. Can manage multiple numbers in multiple countries, I am mostly in Canada so I use it for my US number.

Positive: Does everything you would expect out of a second line, its similar to google voice, but it also has AI features which is useful to pick up calls.

Negative: You cannot use certain types of prepaid cards at checkout

Summary: Good experience, good product. I wish we could recycle infinitely the numbers in the interface but support does it when ask so it’s fine. Otherwise great value for the money vs getting a second phone number from the carriers.

Positive: I got a second number for my business pretty quickly with it. If you are looking for a quick way to get a second number that’s the way to go.

Negative: They placed an authorization hold on my card in the amount of $4.99 which is fine given that it’s the subscription and it did disappear after 2 days but still a heads up would have been nice.

Summary: This service is a scam. Don't sign up for this service. Somebody needs to bring a class action and sue them into oblivion.

Positive: Nothing. They are thieves. They ask for a card to authorize a free trial, and then make much larger charges you never authorized.

Negative: I signed up for their free trial. The ask for a credit card and claim they are only going to put a $9.99 hold on the card to establish that it is valid. I used one day of the free trial to make one phone call to fix a customer service problem with my real phone, then cancelled the 5 day "free trial" the very next day. Like many of these other bad reviews I wish I read first claim, several days after I cancelled my account they billed me $95.88. They attempted to bill it a second time, but it got caught by the fraud detection at my financial institution, and they froze my card. scammers, beware.

Summary: Terrible

Positive: No pros, nothing good, scam artists. They will continue attempting to charge your card for $100 every week with no way to recover or cancel. Beware of these scam artists

Negative: I signed up for a feee trial and was charged $9.99 immediately even tho it states on their website this fee would be refunded if trial is cancelled within 30 days. No refund in sight. Worst thing is, they continue trying to charge my apple pay $95.88 for an annual subscription which I did not sign up for and never authorized. They have no number, the customer service email on their website bounces back and nobody answers their chat messages. BEWARE of these scammers and do not sign up for this “service” unless you want a headache.

Summary: Horrific and evil. They dont have any support. They threaten to damage your credit score via sending it to collections if you claim (accurately) fraud because they change you without your consent.

Positive: Nothing. At all. This is an evil front. They offer no services they just steal and then mess up your credit score if you don't pay $106 for literally nothing I didn't sign up for this.

Negative: scam they just steal your
Money and that's it. They have no workers it's n just one guy stealing from you.

Summary: You cancel the trial (or so you think), but it continues with them charging you $95.88 USD repeatedly every week claiming you didn't cancel and instead signed up for the yearly subscription that isn't even available on the sign-up page.

Positive: N/A

Negative: It starts with signing up for a free trial for a monthly subscription where they immediately charge you $9.99 anyway....

Summary: Terrible not what I expected not anything I want to use. I want to cancel this is a terrible set up not user friendly.

Positive: I didn't i never used the free trial. Didn't know about charge. Shady shady shady shady.

Negative: I did not like a think this is a scam it is not user friendly and not free. How do you cancel?
