    Summary: I like the fact that ChurchTrac has numerous training videos, and as I worked through the training video, I received the support I needed.

    Positive: Ease of use. I liked how everything was laid out and easy to find. I especially like the accounting features.

    Negative: No immediate phone support. All support is through creating a support ticket and you will be notified when there has been a reply to your ticket. However, I did receive phone support when it was necessary.
