Summary: DON’T use COMCAST BUSINESS! Your business will thrive if you stay away!!! It took over 8 months to get our service moved. Billed us for 4 accounts! leaving the old account up with no equipment running, but charged 3.7k more towards our account! Essentially doubling our annual cost of 3600.00 to 6700.00 WTF!
Positive: Compared to other service providers, there is nothing I could find positive to say about Comcast Business. Especially their crap customer support! And over/double billing! Once you get snagged by their failed customer service, expect to get on a ferris wheel you can never get off!
Negative: Comcast business is the worst when it comes to customer service and extreme double over billing. After a year of fighting their customer service, I am now filing legal action with CA. Privacy laws, along with filing complaints with FCC & FTC. I’ll never use Comcast again! I recommend Sonic they stepped in and save what Comcast couldn’t do and that was provide business phones while Comcast took 4+ months to move our service!
