    Summary: Representatives and customer service agents have yet to be reviewed since writing this review. To their credit, they are prompt in replying.

    Positive: Lab test was fine. It works but their website needs to be revamped. It's 2025. A sharable link should immediately go to the CoA to complete its objective and function as soon as possible.

    Negative: Sharing their lab test is NOT seamless as anyone who uses the QR link has to be guided to press this tiny "report" button in order to view the CoA. Very inconvenient experience. Hope they change it soon.

    Summary: The product is viable, but the response to changes in the regulatory environment with 15 days warning have not been resolved 8 days after they were implemented.

    This company is the single largest risk to company success. I would advise any other option.

    Positive: Lots of businesses use the software, so the clientele understand it. It is "customizable, if you pay 500 per hour for any changes".

    Negative: Customer service is so bad you would have better luck getting emergency surgery at the VA. Getting walk up service at the DMV.
