    Wish there was a negative option

    Summary: I hate it. No response from support. Our GPS is not integrated with the system and requires a separate app. The CEO somehow sent us a profanity-laced rant about how it would be integrated more than 1 1/2 years ago.

    Positive: It is easy to change service dates. Some good templates. I need to add more characters or the site wont let me save this review.

    Negative: It is a colossal waste of time. If you discharge a patient, all is lost you start over as a new eval. I just had to do that, it took an hour to copy and paste my precious info, just to get to the point of starting the eval. The daily notes have 9 pages, and I think there are >40 mandatory clicks to pull in information from the previous note.

    Do not use, bad service and no support--no stars but had to click one.

    Summary: I do not get support whatsoever and 2 companies are losing money and going out of business, do not use this software, claims not creating and claims transferring to insurances incorrectly. So sad that this software owner is allow innocent people go broke I know they see my emails!

    Positive: Nothing at all, I would not let lie to y'all and see y'all lose money over this software. So sad!

    Negative: Reaching out since September and only gotten one response, to "list my issues"! I have 2 companies losing thousand of dollars on this software due to no support on the issues.
