Positive: I've been using Icecream Screen Recorder for a few months now, and it has really streamlined the way I create tutorials. The annotation tools are a huge plus, as they let me highlight on-screen items or add text in real time, I use it for making guides for colleagues.

I use audio recording alongside the screen capture. So far, I haven’t had any issues with crashes or glitches, and exporting videos is quick while maintaining great quality.

Negative: Videos recorded with the free version do have a watermark. However, that’s really the only significant limitation I’ve encountered.

Summary: When I formatted the computer, the tech support not only did not help, did not restore, but also offered to buy a new one. I lost my money and also the opportunity to use the program. I had bought a perpetual license.

Positive: They are liars. I bought the license, but the license does not work.

Negative: I do not like this product. They stole my money, and the technical support is very bad.
