Summary: Once we master the usage of the MaxGiving program it works fine. I find all the pre event forms, signage, bid sheets to be great. The Post event reports are very handy and glad that they are quickly and easily to find and generate.
Positive: The MaxGiving software is a full service software on-line program that can be used from any computer. That’s the beauty of this program.
The Pros: Once the website is created the program can take ticket sales and other donations, the other side is used for the Day of the Event to do registration, credit card pre-scanning , able to add bid numbers for our silent and live auction and then generate post event reports.Negative: The Cons: The company has not found a way to save and reuse the website layout so we start from scratch. This involves uploading our organizations logo, text, invitation and all our guests address, email & phone. Much of this is reused year after year with some minor changes. This is hours of work done by one of our team members.
