MyPass LMS by Kprise is an Agentic AI–powered learning management system built to reduce the operational overhead of managing training.
Traditional LMS platforms rely on complex menus, configurations, and manual workflows to create courses, enroll users, track progress, and generate reports. MyPass LMS replaces these workflows with AI-driven execution. Administrators can use simple text or voice instructions to assign courses, build learning paths, schedule training, or generate compliance reports, while the system executes tasks and maintains a complete audit trail.
This conversational model simplifies day-to-day LMS operations without removing enterprise-grade controls, making the platform practical for administrators, instructors, and learners alike. Organizations can run onboarding, compliance, certification, and ongoing training programs without increasing administrative effort.
MyPass LMS supports SCORM content, assessments, surveys, certifications, learning paths, instructor-led and blended training, along with advanced reporting, role-based access, SSO, mobile access, and integrations with HR and productivity systems. Its inbuilt authoring tool eliminates expensive authoring tool requirement.
The platform uses a credit-based pricing model instead of per-user licensing, allowing organizations to pay only for actual learning activity and AI usage. Every organization receives 5,000 free credits to evaluate the platform, while registered nonprofits receive 20,000 free credits, enabling cost-effective training at any scale.

2. Growth Plan $319/month after the free period (or $224/month when billed annually — $2,688/year, saving $1,148). Includes 3,000 credits per month for scalable training needs. Signup bonus: 5,000 credits ($645 value), valid for 3 months. Designed for SMBs and growing organizations with regular training programs.
3. Non-Profit Plan Registered nonprofits receive a bonus of 20,000 credits ($2,580 value), valid for 6 months. After the bonus period, nonprofits can choose either the Launch or Growth plan at standard rates. Ensures affordable access to modern learning for mission-driven organizations.
4. Enterprise Plan Custom pricing tailored to organizational needs. Flexible credits, advanced workflows, integrations, and white-labeling. Ideal for large enterprises requiring scale, compliance management, and tailored solutions.

Summary: After evaluating multiple LMS providers, we chose MyPass because of its flexibility and ability to deliver a fully customized solution tailored to our needs in the dental education space. The team successfully integrated the LMS with our existing website and set up the built-in eCommerce platform, allowing us to streamline course sales and user access. Additionally, the team developed a custom on-the-fly SCORM conversion feature that allows us to seamlessly convert PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and video files into SCORM-compliant content.
In addition to offering self-paced learning modules, we’ve effectively used the virtual classroom feature to host Zoom webinars, adding value and reach to our training offerings. One standout feature is the real-time translation functionality, especially from English to Spanish for email and SMS communications—this has significantly improved our engagement with Spanish-speaking learners.Positive: Over the past two years, MyPass has played a key role in the growth of our business through its support for online self-paced and virtual classroom-based certifications.
From the start, the Kprise MyPass team assigned a dedicated development manager who has been extremely responsive and proactive in helping us with system configurations and evolving requirements.Negative: The flexibility and customization options are so extensive that it took some time for our team to decide exactly how we wanted to structure our LMS.
