Summary: Problematic daily, you waste time and energy and loss revenue messing with this dinosaur if you’re not doing at least 150 mil I would never consider this program and even then I wouldn’t use it no matter how many people tried to sell me on it it seemed like all hype just like salesforce it’s full of hype

Positive: I found very little about this TMS system to rave about. I’ve been on proprietary systems McLeod. I have exposure to Aljax. The one thing I did like was the way captured the emails, but I did not find this a sufficient CRM program. EVERY PIECE HAS TO BE BUILT.IT REQUIRES SO MUCH TIME FROM YOUR TEAM YOU WILL END UP LOSING REVENUE.

Negative: There are so many cons on this product. I would absolutely never use it or recommend it. If you were switching from McLeod. You need to clearly identify why you are switching. Make sure your team understands that if you’re switching into Renova, you’ve got a year long learning curve. I find the whole thing a hot mess. After using Tai for one week, I literally feel like I wanna cry every day because it’s 1000 times better than rev ANOVA and McLeod. It does integrate tracking, even though this profile says it doesn’t that’s not true. It’s not accurate. It integrates pretty much anything you need and it does capture our emails. We added HubSpot for additional CRM support Revenova. Compared to Tai. Hands-down, no comparison run away from Revenova as fast as you can. Also, the training is significantly poor compared to Tai.
