Modern OSS/BSS Software For An AI Driven World Edited: Feb 11 2026
Summary: Wavelo delivers on its promise of simplifying telecom operations. Once onboarded, the efficiency gains were clear. It's a strong fit for any telco looking to move away from rigid legacy systems and toward something built for how the industry actually works today. In a world moving to AI, integrating Wavelo into your operations is a must.
Positive: Wavelo's event-driven architecture makes real-time data accessible in a way a legacy BSS never could. Provisioning and billing that used to take days now happen almost instantly. The platform is modern, API-friendly, AI-ready and dev teams are able to integrate it with an existing stack without major headaches.
Negative: Documentation could be more robust in certain areas, and we found ourselves leaning on their support team during the first few months of rollout.
