    Initial impression vs what value this app really gives…

    Summary: I wasn’t much into the app at the beginning, thinking it’s another good-looking app that screws up once it gets to real banking. However, bunq didn’t disappoint me, and actually impressed me with the results. By using their budgeting tools and investing in stocks, I started seeing my salary at the end of the month… XD. Overall, banking has become faster. Less time is spent on everyday transactions because of features like scheduled payments and bunqme payment link for receiving payments.

    Positive: Slick app design gotta be first in this list. And it’s not just something different from boring UX that I used to see on average, it was about navigation through the app, features placement, how buttons work. It was a time when team of software engineers deserved their paycheck 100%
    The second pro is of course features for budgeting and automatic transactions, making banking easier.

    Negative: It’s supported though now I don’t have many complaints, since they added an SOS hotline. Just recall how it was, based on the ticket system, not much suitable model for a digital bank or any bank when you need immediate assistance.

    Summary: 1.5 years here with bunq. No intention to go to Revolut or n26, they are way worse. For the monthly fee I pay, I get access to numerous features. And these features are being revised and new ones are added...really nice.

    Positive: First of all, it is properly regulated bank with ECB license. The deposits are guaranteed by DGS, up to 100k euros - solid protection, not worried about my funds here.
    And most important are helpful features. First, to supplement my savingg account I have an option to buy stocks and crypto (tho I dont invest in this market). What is nice is that I dont need a separate broekr account to invest in stocks. Fees are pretty decent.
    Also, e-sim, I dont know why not many ppl appreciate it - really handy when in diff country, no need to buy stupid sim card for that....
    And of course, flexible foregn exchange rates - wheter I am in Latam or South East Asia, I get pretty decent rates, not line in shady exchange croners, lol

    Negative: I know ECB has set not so high rate, but bunq can increase the saving % rate...why not, this firm is so profitable now, and 1B+ in market valuation...

    Summary: Been using the bunq app since the tie moment I downloaded and registered last year. Can say their features are very comfortable, especially the bunq web - really makes it accessible; and also bunq to - makes things even faster and simpler. I am very glad I registered my plan that i once was thinking maybe in future I'd possible apply for some positions there. I think their crew consist of very talented and motivated people. I have no doubts...

    Positive: Diversity of plans and the features each plan offers (even if it's the free plan).
    The security with which the app works - it's high, every transaction feels safe. I can totally trust my money.

    Negative: I think with more ai integration, their pricing would be lower in future, at least if they consider that for some advanced plans, it'll be dope.
    And maybe, they should hire more people for their support team, to make their feedback even faster.
